Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to Arbitrer, including the dashboard, licenses, Expert Advisor tooling, education, referrals, franchise features, and any connected support services.

Important risk disclosure

Trading foreign exchange, CFDs, and other leveraged products involves substantial risk of loss.

You should carefully consider whether trading is appropriate for you in light of your financial situation, experience, objectives, and risk appetite. You can lose some or all of your invested capital, including funds placed with a broker, prop firm, or connected trading venue.

Arbitrer provides software infrastructure and educational information only. Arbitrer does not guarantee profit, funded account approval, payout approval, broker execution, prop firm compliance, or uninterrupted service.

Markets can move quickly and unpredictably.
Leverage can magnify gains and losses.
Prop firm rules can change or be interpreted differently by each firm.
Broker execution, spreads, swaps, commissions, slippage, latency, and platform outages can materially change results.
Software, VPS, local network, broker, or MetaTrader issues can cause missed trades, delayed trades, or unintended exposure.

1. Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using the Arbitrer website, web application, dashboard, software, Expert Advisors, license services, courses, partner tools, referral tools, support channels, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, you must not access or use Arbitrer. If you use Arbitrer on behalf of another person, company, community, partnership, franchise, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that party to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
You must be legally allowed to use trading software, online payments, and related online services in your jurisdiction.
You must provide accurate information during registration, payment, onboarding, license binding, support, and partnership workflows.

2. Description of the service

Arbitrer is not a broker, exchange, prop firm, asset manager, custodian, investment advisor, tax advisor, legal advisor, or payment institution.

Arbitrer is a software platform for prop firm hedging infrastructure.

Dashboard access for monitoring trading slots, paired account state, live metrics, cycle progress, recovery targets, referrals, subscriptions, and account status.
License management for binding a broker account, validating access, and controlling approved use of Arbitrer software.
Expert Advisor tooling for MetaTrader workflows, including Master and Slave style account pairing where configured by the user.
Educational materials, setup guides, calculator outputs, risk explainers, and operational documentation.
Referral, partner, and franchise features, including commission tracking, whitelabel setup, partner dashboards, and payout reporting where available.
Support, onboarding, incident handling, billing assistance, and product communications.

3. No financial, investment, tax, or legal advice

Nothing in Arbitrer constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, accounting advice, a recommendation to trade, or a recommendation to use any broker, prop firm, venue, strategy, instrument, leverage level, or account size.

Calculators, examples, dashboards, timelines, ROI figures, educational modules, and scenario models are illustrative only. They rely on assumptions that may not match actual market conditions or user execution.

You are responsible for every trading decision and account configuration.
You should consult qualified professionals before making financial, tax, legal, or investment decisions.
You should independently verify broker rules, prop firm terms, account limits, local regulations, and software compatibility.

4. Software provided as-is

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arbitrer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, data accuracy, and compatibility with every broker, prop firm, VPS, device, browser, payment provider, or MetaTrader setup.

We do not warrant that defects will be corrected, that the service will always be available, that trade copying will be instant, or that any dashboard metric will perfectly match broker-side or prop firm-side data.

5. User responsibilities

Understand and accept the risks of trading, hedging, leverage, online payments, and prop firm evaluations.
Keep account credentials, broker credentials, VPS access, email access, billing account access, and license keys secure.
Monitor your own trading accounts, prop accounts, broker accounts, open positions, drawdown, subscriptions, and automation settings.
Comply with all laws, regulations, sanctions, prop firm rules, broker terms, payment network rules, and tax obligations that apply to you.
Report suspicious activity, bugs, incorrect metrics, payment issues, license problems, or security concerns promptly.
Maintain your own internet connection, VPS, MetaTrader terminal, broker account, prop account, and device environment.

6. Expert Advisors, account binding, and trade relay

If you install Arbitrer-supported Expert Advisors or related automation tooling, you do so in your own trading environment. You decide what accounts to connect, what account numbers to bind, what parameters to use, and whether to enable or disable automation.

License binding may require broker account numbers, broker server names, connection heartbeat data, software version, status logs, and other technical information needed to validate authorized use.

Arbitrer does not need or request broker login passwords, trading account passwords, full card numbers, payment account passwords, or sensitive payment credentials.
You must not connect accounts you are not authorized to use.
You must test configuration before relying on any live workflow.
You remain responsible for every trade, open position, failed trade, delayed trade, missed trade, and account result.

7. Subscriptions, payments, credits, and licenses

Arbitrer may offer monthly, quarterly, yearly, partner, or custom plans. Paid access grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the service for the applicable period and plan limits.

Payments may be accepted through supported payment methods and payment processors. A purchase is confirmed when checkout, invoice, subscription, or processor records show a successful payment.

You are responsible for entering accurate billing details, payment details, plan selections, tax information, and checkout references.
Processor fees, currency conversion, card issuer fees, bank fees, and tax obligations may apply depending on your payment method and location.
We may change plan features, pricing, payment methods, license limits, or renewal terms prospectively.
Each license or slot may be bound to a specific broker account or approved use case. Transfers may require support approval and may be refused.
Referral, franchise, or partner commissions may be adjusted for refunds, fraud, duplicate payments, compliance review, cancellations, or invalid accounts.

Plans

Standard covers one slot on 50K prop accounts. Pro covers one slot on 50K, 100K, or 200K prop accounts, and can be bought for several slots on one subscription (Multi-slot). Both allow any number of cycles, one after another. A cycle is one prop challenge, from the day it starts until it ends by reaching payout, failing, or being closed.

Free trials

New customers can take one free trial, on the Standard plan only: the first month on one 50K slot. The trial ends after 30 days or when its first cycle ends, whichever comes first. Pro has no free trial and is charged from the first day.

No payment card is needed to start the trial, and nothing is charged during it or when it ends. When it ends, the slot can run no new cycle until a card is added and Standard is bought at its monthly price.

Arbitrer may refuse or end a trial used to get around the one-per-customer limit, for example through several accounts.

A trial covers the Arbitrer subscription only. Prop firm fees, broker deposits, and trading results remain your responsibility.

List prices and limited-time offer

The list price is $299 per month for a Standard slot and $599 per month for a Pro slot. During the limited-time offer, a discount of $100 per slot per month is applied at checkout, so a Standard slot is billed at $199 and a Pro slot at $499 per month.

The offer applies to slots bought on or before January 5, 2027. A subscription that carries the discount keeps it for as long as it renews without interruption.

Multi-slot discounts

Pro slots bought together on one subscription are discounted on every slot: $10 per slot per month for 2 to 9 slots and $20 for 10 or more. Cancelling that subscription ends every slot on it at the end of the billing period.

Add-ons

Autopilot connects a paid slot to an eligible copier source selected by Arbitrer. It costs $249 per slot per month, or $199 per slot when one order covers two or more slots, and requires your authorization before it is added. It is billed on the same subscription as your slots: bought with a slot, it is part of that checkout; added to a slot you already pay for, it is charged to the card on that subscription straight away, prorated to its next renewal. It renews monthly with that subscription. If the subscription stops being paid, copying onto the slot is paused. An open copied trade may finish before Autopilot is disconnected. Past results of any copier source do not guarantee future results.

Signals are trade ideas published in a private Telegram channel. They cost $19.99 per month, can be billed on the same subscription as a Standard slot, and are included at no charge while you hold a live Pro slot. Signals are general information, not personal investment advice.

8. Refund policy

Digital software access, license generation, dashboard provisioning, and educational content are delivered quickly after purchase. Unless required by law or expressly approved by Arbitrer, purchases are final and non-refundable.

The full refund rules, exceptions, cancellation effects, payment review process, and request process are described in the Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

9. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct

Do not reverse engineer, decompile, copy, resell, sublicense, share, leak, bypass, or tamper with Arbitrer software, license systems, dashboards, APIs, courses, or brand assets.
Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, dashboards, infrastructure, source code, databases, payment flows, or other users' data.
Do not overload, scrape, spam, attack, crawl, or disrupt Arbitrer systems.
Do not use Arbitrer for fraud, market abuse, sanctions evasion, identity misuse, illegal activity, or violations of broker or prop firm rules.
Do not upload malicious code, false information, infringing material, or data you do not have rights to process.

10. Referrals, partners, communities, and franchise features

Arbitrer may provide referral links, commission tiers, partner dashboards, franchise dashboards, whitelabel pages, community analytics, subdomain setup, course tooling, and payout reports.

Participation in these programs may require additional approval, separate agreements, proof of audience, fraud review, compliance review, or minimum thresholds. Commission rates, payout timing, payout methods, validation rules, and partner eligibility may change prospectively.

11. Intellectual property

Arbitrer and its licensors own the service, software, dashboard design, brand assets, documentation, courses, workflows, calculations, page designs, code, data models, and related intellectual property.

You receive only the limited right to use Arbitrer according to these Terms and your plan. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

12. Privacy, cookies, and monitoring

Use of Arbitrer is also governed by the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Those policies explain what data is collected, how it is used, cookie and storage practices, analytics, retention, data rights, and contact channels.

We may monitor platform usage, license validation, logs, payments, referrals, and security events to operate the service, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and comply with obligations.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access immediately if we believe you violated these Terms, created security or operational risk, failed to pay, misused the service, infringed rights, triggered fraud or compliance concerns, or exposed Arbitrer or others to legal or platform risk.

Upon termination, your right to use the service stops. You must stop using any software, remove unauthorized copies, and pay any outstanding amounts. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arbitrer, its owners, operators, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for trading losses, prop firm failures, broker issues, market events, slippage, spread, swaps, commissions, missed trades, delayed trades, payment provider errors, billing errors outside Arbitrer control, lost profits, lost data, indirect damages, incidental damages, special damages, consequential damages, punitive damages, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arbitrer's aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Arbitrer in the 12 months before the claim, unless a non-waivable law requires a different result.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Arbitrer and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your trading activity, your connected accounts, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, your misuse of third-party platforms, or your infringement of rights.

16. Governing law, disputes, and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws and venue applicable to the Arbitrer contracting entity or any written order form, partner agreement, or checkout terms that apply to your purchase. If no specific contracting terms are provided, disputes will be handled in the competent courts or dispute forum determined by applicable law.

We may update these Terms when the service, law, providers, pricing, or risk profile changes. Material changes may be announced by email, in-service notice, or website notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
