Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains final-sale rules, subscription cancellation, payment review cases, exceptional reviews, and what will not be refunded.

All sales are final

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that Arbitrer provides digital software access and that payments are generally non-refundable.

Please review the product, plan, pricing, documentation, risk disclosures, and compatibility requirements before purchasing. Once access is provisioned, digital licenses and service resources cannot be returned like physical goods.

1. No-refund policy

Subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period begins, except where applicable law requires otherwise or Arbitrer approves an exception.
No partial refunds are issued for unused time, early cancellation, inactivity, or failure to use available features.
No refunds are issued because expected trading outcomes, profit targets, prop firm outcomes, or broker results were not achieved.
No refunds are issued for incompatibility caused by a user broker, VPS, device, MetaTrader setup, prop firm rule, local restriction, or user configuration.

2. Why this policy exists

Immediate digital delivery

After purchase, Arbitrer may provision dashboard access, license keys, education, support resources, server capacity, account binding, and onboarding materials quickly. Once delivered, these digital goods cannot be returned.

Service activation costs

A purchase can trigger infrastructure allocation, license generation, database records, support workflows, payment verification, and fraud checks. These costs are incurred immediately.

Payment processing

Payments are processed through supported checkout and billing providers. Processor records, invoice status, fraud checks, and subscription state may affect whether a purchase, cancellation, dispute, or refund can be reviewed.

Abuse prevention

A final-sale policy helps protect limited license allocation, software access, educational content, partner commissions, and service capacity from trial-and-refund abuse.

3. Review before you buy

How Arbitrer account pairing and supported Expert Advisors work.
What broker account, prop firm account, VPS, MetaTrader, and local setup you need.
What the dashboard shows and what it does not guarantee.
What risk, drawdown, slippage, execution, and prop firm restrictions can affect outcomes.
What plan, billing details, amount, and payment method are required.

4. Non-refundable circumstances

Trading losses, prop firm failures, payout denials, broker restrictions, account bans, market movement, spread, commission, swaps, or slippage.
User error, incorrect configuration, wrong account binding, incorrect billing details, declined payment method, wrong amount, or lost account access.
Internet, hardware, device, VPS, broker, MetaTrader, or local environment failures.
Change of mind, dissatisfaction after access is provisioned, unrealistic expectations, unused features, or early cancellation.
Scheduled maintenance, temporary outages, product changes, promotional price changes, or deactivated features where the core service remains available.
Referral, partner, or franchise commission changes caused by invalid accounts, fraud review, refund review, or subscription cancellation.

5. Subscription cancellation

You may cancel future renewals through the dashboard or by contacting support where self-service cancellation is not available.
Cancellation disables future renewal billing but does not refund the active billing period.
Access generally remains active until the paid period expires unless the account is suspended or terminated for misuse.
After expiration, licenses, slots, dashboards, and software validation may become inactive.

6. Exceptional review cases

Approval of one exception does not create a right to future exceptions.

Arbitrer may review exceptions at its discretion or where required by law.

Duplicate payment for the same account and billing period caused by a technical error.
Payment confirmed but service access was not provisioned after a reasonable support window.
Extended platform unavailability caused solely by Arbitrer systems for more than 7 consecutive days.
Billing error caused by Arbitrer or its payment processor.
A mandatory consumer protection, payment, or local law requires a refund.

7. Chargebacks, disputes, and payment records

If you attempt to fraudulently reverse, dispute, or interfere with a payment, invoice, subscription, or billing record, Arbitrer may suspend or terminate your account, deactivate licenses, reverse partner commissions, and pursue available remedies.

8. How to request a review

Email support@arbitrer.io with your account email, plan, payment date, invoice ID or payment reference, billing email, amount, and a detailed explanation of the issue.

We may request additional verification before reviewing the request. Approved refunds may be reduced by payment processor fees, currency conversion costs, dispute fees, or recovery costs.

9. Acknowledgment

You have read this Refund Policy before purchasing.
You understand that Arbitrer sells digital software and service access.
You understand that all sales are final unless an exception is approved or required by law.
You understand that trading outcomes are not refundable events.
You understand that cancelling future renewal billing does not automatically refund the active billing period.
